Growing up around family businesses taught me that success doesn't come from hard work alone. It comes from learning through experience, making mistakes, seeking the right advice, and having the right people in the right job.
I watched my family build successful businesses through determination, resilience, and plenty of hard work. I also saw the long hours, the sacrifices, and the pressure that came with trying to do everything themselves. Looking back, I often think about how valuable it would have been to have someone there to help navigate employment obligations, workplace safety and compliance, take the stress out of performance management, and allow them to spend less time worrying about paperwork and more time doing what they loved.
Those experiences inspired me to build a career helping businesses do exactly that.
